Where is my coin purchase?

Coins usually arrive instantly. If they haven't appeared after 5 minutes, please try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, submit a ticket with your transaction ID.

Can I change my username?

Currently, username changes are not supported directly in the UI. Please submit an Account Support ticket for manual assistance.

How do Creator Coins work?

You earn coins when users chat with your public characters using our premium models (Onii 3.1 or 3.5). These can be viewed in your Creator Dashboard.
